Sturdy platform with good grip. Height adjusts in seconds. Used it daily in morning workout routine. Managed to do proper step aerobics at home. Rubber feet prevent any movement on floor. Would recommend. Great value for the price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice and sturdy. Feels safe, doesn't move around during use. Nice height. Easy to put the blocks on to make it the right height.

I weight about 75kg and this thing doesn't feel like it buckles or moves at all even when you move up and down on it.The platform is between 4-8 inches off the ground - it doesn't look like a lot but it's enough to become a raised platform not just good for stepping up and down but also for press ups, calf stretching.I keep it downstairs but also in my home office in the loft when I want to throw in some casual stepping up during work hours.Can be used for lots of exercises not just step ups - think about using it for burpees, back extensions.I like the colour combination - black and purple although may not be to everyone's taste.Get a good start to 2025 with this to help encourage you to keep fit and stay healthy.

Provides a little step for aerobic style exercises or if you're using it like my misses does she puts it in the kitchen when she wants to get to the shelves.It's a good size it can hold a decent amount of weight it is quite good injectable moulded plastic so the build quality is decent it is height adjustable which means you can make it go up a few inches if required.Also has multiple uses not only for exercise but around the house ie good functionality.Overall I was quite happy with this product it has improved certain experiences.
