Made to a cost point, and then someone thought they should make it cheaper. Why do we keep buying this rubbish, encouraging overseas manufacturers to keep sending us poor products. The crocodile style clips are useless. Ive had them 5 minutes and one already has bent and none of them clip onto power input points on a pcb (they clip on, ping off) Trash trash trash. Stop buying.

Got the expected hook clips and wires but also got gromper clips and wires.Gromper clips (good for SMT ICs) either work well or fail miserably, these one work flawlessly.

Les pinces sont mal conçues et se déboitent dès qu'on les relâche.Les soudures n'existent pas, ce sont juste des fils pincés.Dommage car les deux types de pinces fournies sont très pratiques en micro-électronique (reprogrammation de composants déjà soudés par exemple).

I've been using these for probing and firmware extraction, and have found that the hook clips are perfect. They'll clamp on tightly and hold stable.The pronged clips however, are too weak to hold themselves onto anything. I've tried sides of PCB, standard size GPIO pins, copper cables, and through-hole components. The prongs slip around whatever they're put around and fall off. Unfortunately they've been completely unusable which is a shame.
