Das Paket selbst kam in einem guten Zustand an. Darin war eine weiße neutrale Verpackung auf der sich schwarze Handabdrücke und Schmutz befanden. Es erscheinte uns da schon, das der Tank nicht zum ersten mal verschickt wurde. Darin befand sich der Tank, welcher nochmals in einer Tüte eingepackt war. Als wir diese Tüte entfernten, kam ein Tank zum Vorschein, der offensichtlich gebraucht war. Flecken und Kratzer im inneren des Tanks. Auf eine Nachricht von uns, wurde nie geantwortet. Somit schreiben wir hier nun leider eine schlechte Bewertung. Sowas geht mal überhaupt nicht!!!

Wassertank für Dolce Gusto war defekt, und mit dem neuen Tank ist wieder alles OK.

It was the exact replica of what we needed, but we thought the replacement was a bit pricey.We received the Dolce Gusto Jovia as a gift. Within a year, our original water tank sustained a very light crack on the bottom that was very hard to identify, but it leaked and made the entire appliance unusable until we found a replacement. We were lucky to find a replacement on amazon; we went to the original manufacturer first and found it very difficult to get anywhere with them.Without the water tank, the entire machine is rendered useless. Because the water tank is very fragile as well as hard to replace, and the machine is useless without it, we recommend against buying the Dolce Gusto Jovia.

The rerplacement water tank fits perfectly in the delonghi coffe machines as described. Good hard quality plastic that is the same as the one that came with the machine.
