This teat was recommended to us by my newborn daughter's doctor at the hospital, despite it not being available on the market of the country where we live. She was born premature and her doctor insisted that she needed exactly this product (didn't even consider alternatives - which is a red flag). I ordered it in combination with my existing Philips Avent anticolic bottle. Long story short - the baby spends one hour trying to eat 50 ml of formula, gets tired, falls asleep, and wakes up 1-2 hours later due to hunger. I would not recommend this product unless the baby is not used to drinking from a teat (due to is slow flow rate). For us - Avent teat nr. 1 (for newborns) works the best, after two weeks of practice with Medela for premature babies in combination with a 20ml syringe.

Comprei para dar o leite materno extraído da bomba e é ótimo pois o fluxo é muito semelhante ao da mama. Outras retinas de outras marcas o bebé acaba por se engasgar pois o fluxo é demasiado

Les seules tétines que j'ai trouvé avec un petit débit pour ma fille préma, allaitée, passé au biberon à 3 mois en lait maternel. Le débit est top.

I bought these for my twins to use.They were born 4 weeks early and the 0+ teats flowed too fast and choked them.These have a slower flow and were great for our babies.For use with the options+ wide neck bottles.

Had to purchase this as needed to add Gaviscon baby to formula which thickens it loads, so premie needed to have a size 2 teat to get any flow works great with the Dr Bs bottles
