This useful tool arrives in a easy to recycle ziplock plastic bag. It's well made from a hard wearing nylon like fabric. A material that's well stitched and keeps the two very strong metal hooks (rust resistant zinc) securely in place.I like how it's padded on the shoulders, which means it's not overly uncomfortable to wear. Plus it's easy to put on, simply slip on it and it even fits over a uniform, coat or hi-vis vest. Another positive is it can be quickly adjusted for height.Something you can do by simply using the steel buckles on the arm straps. Which means it can adjusted either for a person or for a particular task. For example, when it arrived it was set to the average wrist height, which was perfect for carrying buckets of cement or water.Yes sometimes, depending on what your carrying, the items being carried can get in your way and make moving around tricky. However, because the weight being carried is supported by the hooks and your back, there's less chance you'll drop stuff. Which makes this tool an incredibly useful item, indeed in the 4 days I've owned it, it's really helped me.Especially when used in conjunction with bungee cords, when it makes for a great carrier for large sheets of MDF. I also found it handy when lifting heavy items like sacks of plaster. Place a tarp with lifting straps under the sack, and with this strap you can lift it using your knees without bending over.Or for when you need to get heavy bags of shopping out of your car. Though however it's used it's a very useful tool, something that's well worth the asking price.

This harness is made of strong fabric and should fit most backs. The metal hooks are sturdy and large enough to create a a platform for a variety of loads. My only complaint is that the buckles can sometimes dig into your sides if you're not careful with their placement.Recommended if you want to protect your back
