When it came in fit and finish was not good The plastic felt lime something you would get from the 99 cent store. It would connect to both phones but we could never hear thru it. We would have returned it but it was not worth the time or gas to take it to an amazon drop off point.

I don’t know what I was expecting exactly but I was hoping I could just pair it once and be able to turn it on, but it has to be connected each time and my senior mother is not capable of doing that and that was my purpose in buying it because she has a hard time using her cell phone. It would be better if we could actually plug it in to the phone, but even then buttons it’s not gonna matter anyway. I’m not positive if I read the description wrong and thought unplugged in or just thought I would be able to use it easier for her.

I had to call Amazon tech support to find out how to operate it, as there were no pictures of handset controls or anything else. I had asked a question on the Amazon website before I bought it if it was compatible with my phone. The seller wrote back that it is compatable with all cell phones. The customer service rep. said that it was not compatible with mine just before it started working. It does not have a replaceable battery, which I did not know before I bought it. The customer service rep had no more instructions than I did, so she did the best she could, I guess. I gave it one star for sound quality because I will not know if it works at all until I can get to an area with cell service. All in all, good idea, but inadequately described, very little instruction, and I would not buy again.

Very simple to link to my cell phone it is the same as any Bluetooth device. Typical handset that is familiar, lightweight, good sound for hearing and voice quality seems to be good to those I have called to test the handset. Be aware it directs music and video sound to the handset as long as the handset is linked, although cell phone alarms, notifications, ring tones all work as normal on a cell phone. USB recharge cable is included, and handset holds a charge for maybe four days of light phone use. For the price it is a convenient, simple to use, handy old-style handset that improves phone sound quality with cell phones or tablets.

Einfach mit Smartphone über Bluetooth zu koppeln. Gibt (zwar auf englisch) akustische Rückmeldung, dass Verbindung zum Telefon erstellt wurde, ob Akku leer wird und dass Gerät ausgeschaltet wird.Lautstärke über 2 Knöpfe während dem Telefonieren steuerbar, die Knöpfe sind jedoch etwas unpräzise beim Runterdrücken - hier sollt ein festerer, gleichmäßiger Druck ausgeübt werden, dann geht es einfach.Sehr angenehm beim Telefonieren, sehr griffig, sehr gute Tonqualität und funktioniert immer direkt.
