This is perfect for my sketching needs! I use 5.5 x 8.5 inch sketchpads with a spiral binding, which fit perfectly. I can carry pencils, pens,markers, rulers, and a mini watercolor set. It has a hard back which helps support my sketchpad while I'm drawing. I take this wherever I go!

Fantastic. I was looking at the Slate but decided to go with the Nano. Best decision!It's the perfect travel size, and my go to bag that I've been using every day.I use the outer pocket for my keys, cards, inhaler, glasses etc. (The velcro makes everything secure)The inner pocket I change daily, with some inspirational cards.The Elastic Sections hold quite a lot, and give me a lot of choices, today its colour and graphite pencils.The larger elastics hold my A5 sketchbook for travel, and sits nicely on top when I switch to easel modeI've found it to be very stable in Easel mode.The long wide strap allows me to choose over the shoulder, crossbody and easel mode. I generally use crossbody while walking or shopping. It doesn't bite into my neck like other bags I've had and is very comfortable for long periods.It's great to have this set up handy for when inspiration strikes.
