Wish I had this 40 years ago. Just the best tool in your arsenal for weeds. Absolutely love it. Great quality and does the job and more. Definitely a great buy.

This is a most sturdy onion hoe, very well made although the blade is now joined to the shaft by welding rather than rivets (shown in the photograph). It is very strong indeed. However, as others have commented, the blade is set at the wrong angle which makes it very uncomfortable to use. I have tried bending the shaft so that the blade angle is correct but it is so strong I can not manage it. It will need heat and a big hammer. Or, it may find a use scraping the ashes in my woodburner!
