Very small, but that is exactly what I needed. Looks lovely. It took a week for the skin to adjust (I haven’t had anything in there for over 6 months maybe more). Rinsed it with salty water every day and it calmed down. I think it is surgical steel like it states. The mechanism is so easy to use, just awesome. Wish I bought it earlier.
