孫の３歳の誕生日プレゼントに購入しました。最初見た時は随分と小さくてビックリしました。ところが孫が手にすると‥‥あら、小さい手にぴったりサイズ前後に動かしたりとずっと握っていました。木製の為かとても温かみのある触り心地でパーシーやジェームスも揃えてあげようとおもっています。

Our almost two year old Grandson was delighted to receive both Thomas and Percy for Christmas. Both are a good size for little hands and quality is good too.

Except doesn't fit through the brio tunnel. But that's ok. We still love it.

This version of Thomas is the most detailed version it has ever been. It has TV Series accurate wheels, a glow from the firebox , 3D Coal in his Bunker, painted Buffers and much more! I can recommend this to anyone who wants to get the newest Thomas Merchandise and loves detailed and high quality merch. The only flaw this toy has is that the face doesn't seem to look like any era. It doesn't remind me of the Railway Series, not of the Model Series, not of the CGI Era and thank god not of All Engines Go. My guess is that it was taken from the DVD Cover of Journey Beyond Sodor. While the face is a letdown, I am very relieved to see that Mattel improves their merchandise and tries to appeal to all ages with high quality toys and for that reason this version of Thomas deserves 5 Stars.
