I sent this back because I did not read all the info correctly. It was for large weights . It was sturdy but I ended up getting a smaller one . It was easy to send back and the seller helpful.

Leider ist das Gerät nicht optimal designed um den Tibialis Muskel zu treffen. Vielleicht funktioniert das mit enorm großen und dicken Füßen und mit Schuhen.Leider ist der Abstand und Versatz zwischen den beiden Stangen zu groß, wodurch es sich einfach “falsch” anfühlt und man keine richtige Muskelaktivierung spürt. Mit einem anderen Produkt funktioniert das definitiv besser..
