Not Rogue quality but works perfect for a home gym set up.

There are far more expensive versions out there, but the FitForge chest support is a great bang for the buck. This has a very small footprint and is very sturdy. There are no instructions when it comes, but it’s not hard to figure out if you look at the pictures from the advertisement on here. The pad is not the softest, but nor does it need to be. Very happy with the purchase. I think the lower star reviews are from the same kind of people who cry when their rack gets a scratch from use.

Fits on my rogue infinity rack great. Folds down out of the way and can keep it on permanently.I'm tall so rows kill my back and this is helping big timeAnother useful thing is for use with the Monkey Feet leg thing, allow you to do hammer curls without having to set up benchOverall very useful kit for not a whole pile of cash

I was hesitant to pull the trigger on buying this attachment because another reviewer mentioned that they are 6'3'' and had issues with the barbell hitting the chest pad when doing rows. I am 6'5'' and was concerned that if it didn't work for him, it definitely wouldn't work for me.I bought the attachment specifically for doing T-bar rows. I have a landmine attachment for one end of the barbell and a T-bar handle that slides over the other end of the barbell. I was able to attach this chest support to my Rogue Fitness squat rack and do several sets of T-bar rows without the barbell or the bumper plates running into the attachment. It seems to me that there should be enough degrees of freedom between the landmine placement, the height of the chest pad, and the chest pad angle to make it work for anyone. It is a little strange that no assembly instructions are included in the box, but I was able to look at the photos on the Amazon page and figure it out. The attachment feels sturdy to me and the padding is adequate. Other chest pad attachments cost hundreds of dollars more, and buying an actual T-bar row machine isn't practical for a home gym unless you can dedicate a 4' x 8' space for equipment that does just one exercise.
