Use this in the gym when lifting heavy weights. They are easy to put on and a good size - I am about 115kg and fits nicely. They are pretty comfortable too

These elbow wraps work great but, the stitching for the loops are really stiff and cause irritation and scratch marks to the crook of my elbow.The give great support and confidence with heavier weight.My only gripe, so far, is the stitching (mentioned above) and the velcro strips appearing to already come away from the wraps.UPDATE**After a few weeks and getting used to the wraps, I have to give 5 stars. The stitching is still a bit stiff but no longer causing me irritation and the velcro straps are still in place. Can't complain about these wraps, they've helped me increase my max bench.
