I recently picked up these hiking boots and have been really happy with them so far. First off, they look great. I chose the brown color, though I’d describe it as more of a tan. Either way, I really like the way they look. One thing that surprised me was how lightweight they are. I expected something a bit heavier, but they feel comfortable without sacrificing durability. The slip-on design is excellent, thanks to a stiffer heel area that should help maintain the easy on-and-off function over time. The laces also have a nice feature—there’s a spot to tuck them in so they don’t dangle, which is a thoughtful touch. In terms of comfort, the arch support is just okay—not bad, but not particularly impressive. However, they do fit true to size, which is always a plus when ordering online.Overall, these are a solid choice if you're looking for a lightweight, stylish pair of hiking boots with a convenient slip-on feature.

I received this product through the Amazon Vine program. The FitVille Wide Slip on Shoes are a hiking-type shoe with an aggressive thick tread. They are very easy to slip on and the elastic lacing system can be adjusted as needed for a tighter or looser fit. I found the sizing was very accurate and in line with my usual size. The toe area is generous and the foot bed is firm and contoured ideally for my mid arch feet. The sole is a similar design to my old high priced hikers and is very grippy. The liner and tongue area is combined and adds good ankle support. These shoes are more similar to a walking shoe rather than a running shoe in how they feel when you are using them. I like that they are roomy and very stable without being "clumsy". They will be exposed to quite a lot of abuse over the next few months, but my initial impression is that I think they will wear very well. The workmanship, seams and materials seem to be of fairly high quality. However, like all things, time will tell how good they really are. If I encounter any performance issues I will update this review but for now I feel this product deserves a 5 star rating.

If you’re in search of a pair of shoes that offer both comfort and practicality without sacrificing style, these could very well be the solution you’ve been looking for. Especially ideal for those with wider feet or a higher instep, they’re a welcome relief to anyone who struggles to find footwear that fits comfortably. From the outset, it’s important to note that the fit of these shoes can vary based on individual foot shapes, which explains the mixed reviews. While some have claimed they’re “true to size,” I would argue that their wide-fitting design provides ample room around the toes, ensuring that your feet aren’t squeezed into submission. For me personally, they were perfect straight out of the box—no need for any uncomfortable “breaking in” period. In fact, the fit was so comfortable that I didn’t even notice the shoes once they were on. The wide toe area, in particular, gives your feet the freedom they so desperately crave after being cooped up in tighter shoes for too long. The easy slip-on and slip-off design is another feature worth mentioning. Whether you’re dashing out the door to run errands or need something comfortable to wear while tending to the garden, these shoes are wonderfully convenient to get on and off without hassle. They also have an impressively light feel to them, so you won’t feel as though you’re lugging around a pair of clunky boots during your day. Now, let’s talk durability. Despite their lightweight nature, these shoes hold up remarkably well when it comes to casual strolls around the neighbourhood or even light hiking excursions. The sole is sturdy enough to provide solid grip and support on varied surfaces, so they’re certainly versatile in that regard. However, while the soles provide adequate traction, they’re not going to take you on a trek up the side of a mountain, so keep that in mind when planning your outdoor adventures. As for the arch support, it’s decent, though not exceptional. If you have particularly high arches or require intense support, these might not be your best bet. That said, the overall comfort and generous space of the shoe more than make up for this slight shortcoming. I’ve certainly worn shoes that offered much worse arch support, so it’s not a significant issue for daily use.In conclusion, if you’re looking for shoes that provide a generous fit, ease of wear, and enough durability for casual outings, these are definitely worth considering. They might not be ideal for serious hiking or high-arch support, but for those seeking a comfortable, versatile shoe for everyday activities, they certainly do the job. At the end of the day, these shoes offer a thoughtful balance of comfort, practicality, and design—qualities that are often hard to come by in footwear.

I was very impressed by the quality and design of these walking shoes. They are strong and robust and the loops for the laces are well attached. I found them to be very comfortable, even with my wide feet. The design and colours I like a lot. The sole has a great grip on the base and sides and is also flexible. I am so very happy with these great shoes.

These are a pair of slip-on walking trainers, which are an extra wide fit, which arrive in a sturdy, branded cardboard box.I quite like these, and they are better than I expected them to be. The design is good and they feel well-made. They’re easy to slip your foot in and out of but do stay in place securely. They don’t look overly large or wide, and are stylish enough with just the right amount of detail. To me, they’re not overly wide, as although they will accommodate a thick sock, they couldn’t take the extra thick ones that I wear in my walking boots. There is plenty of room around the toes, and I like the cushioned insoles and arch support, which you know is there, but it’s not too much. The sole is a decent, chunky design and has plenty of grip. It is made from a rubber compound, which does have a touch of give to it, and is comfortable to walk on. It looks as though it will last, but time will tell on that one. The lower portion of the shoe is waterproof, and can be scrubbed clean. I do think these are more of walking shoe than a hiking one, but it will depend on the terrain. I was able to put them on and forget about them, so there was no breaking in required. At the time of writing this review the cost is £69.99, with a potential 15% off voucher, and I think the lower price is about right for what you get.
