Don’t hesitate. Quality is great and value is excellent. I bought a $300 faucet from Home Depot that wasn’t nearly as nice as this for $100. Yea it has some plastic couplings but so does the Home Depot one. It’s strong and sturdy and installs very easily. Can’t say enough about how much I like this faucet!

This drain is a very attractive brushed nickel on the visible parts and was fairly easy to install. More metal than plastic. The cheaper drains may be all plastic. The more expensive ones all metal. This is the middle of the road sweet spot.I was a bit concerned that the same drain is sold for both bath sinks with and without overflow. The difference is that a sink with an overflow hole requires a hole in the body of the drain for the overflow water to enter to drain. This drain has the hole for that even though my sink has no overflow. That means water will exit the hole and collect in the sink hole outside the shaft. But it won't leak as long as the bottom sealing washer is properly installed, and the bottom of the sink hole is lower than the hole in the shaft. Yes, water collects there, but those with overflow holes (more typical) have that water collect there as well. I was reassured to discover that the drain I was replacing also was designed for overflow and worked fine in the non-overflow sink. You don't need to turn off the water supply while doing the replacement but do make sure no one turns on the faucet. Keep in mind also that you will need to remove the trap under the drain to install this, and it will be full of water (it is supposed to be), so have something to catch that water as you loosen the PVC.
