I use this teapot every morning. It makes 2 mugs of tea. Its the perfect size. Easy to clean. Good pour spout. I take out the strainer before preparing the first mug as I don't like to let the tea brew too long cause it becomes bitter. And the strainer on this teapot is perfectly designed- you can just lift it out with your spoon as it has a handle on it. The handle lies flat while the tea is brewing with the teapot cover on. It really is the perfect design. Of course it is glass, so it does break. The spout is easy to chip. I also find that borsilicate glass does not clean easily in the dishwasher so I wash by hand. I have owned this exact teapot for many years. No matter what else I buy I always end up back with this one on an everyday basis. My only wish is I could buy just the glass teapot without having to buy the top and basket, as that is the part that breaks. I have a rather large collection of tops and baskets which I recently threw out. I don't like wasting things, but what else can I do with 'em.

Meilleur théière qui soit! Facile de regarder et de contrôler l'infusion. Seul bémol, elle est un peu fragile, j'en ai brisé une en la laissant sécher sous d'autres morceaux de vaisselles. J'en ai toutefois racheté une nouvelle !

My wife works in a tea shop and this is the product they use. Her only complaint, she wished it were the bigger size.
