This dial has great potential. Wireless, looks good, can change the lighting colour, battery life is ok, size is nice and feels good to the touch. The fact you don't need to install drivers is a real bonus.However, it is all let down by extremely poor bluetooth connection. Even approx. half a metre from the receiver it constantly loses connection or is laggy in its responsiveness. The dial is constantly flashing blue indicating it's lost connection. Different positions, even different devices all give the same outcome. This had so much potential but it looks like they've tried to cut costs on bluetooth components and the device really suffers as a result. How it even made it out of r&d in this state is a shock. If this was fixed it would be easy to recommend, as is steer clear.

The volume dial connects seamlessly with my MacBook Pro (2023) and has a high-quality metal construction. The design is minimalist, with a sleek silver finish. While it includes LEDs, I keep them off to conserve power. It charges via a supplied USB-C cable and even allows you to pause and play YouTube videos.

This is basically a USB device. Reliable bluetooth connection range is 2mtr, in direct line of sight. 3mtr connection is patchy/intermittent at best, 3.5mtr and it won't remain connected or reconnect, even with direct line of sight and no obstructions.

This is a beautifully made device, simple and logical to use, really lends itself to a clean and stylish desktop set up. Will also be purchasing the black version when that’s available A+

Il dispositivo nel suo funziona bene, è bello esteticamente ma ha un'assemblaggio molto approssimativo.Il Jog ha un gioco eccessivo, il perno sui cui è montato ruota in modo eccellente ma ondeggia da tutte le parti. Sembra come che il perno si pieghi. E questo succede alla minima pressione. Peccato, buon l'idea, bella l'estetica, pessima costruzione. Peccato. Mi piaceva ma ho dovuto fare il reso.
