Bought a Define R7 XL for a workstation build and filled it with existing and new hard drives. Case is amazing, these sleds worked exactly as the included ones.

I ordered 5 packs (10 sleds total) and every single one was deformed in some way. Luckily the whole thing is made out of steel and not some cheap plastic. So bending them back into shape was possible. But since they were warped, not a single one was able to slide into the caddy cage they were designed for. They get stuck halfway. Its not noticeable by eye and I lack the necessary tools to show these sleds are not straight.Another big point, every box has signs of being opened prior. Meaning these were open box or used and is being sold as new/sealed.
