If you haven't discovered this kind of can opener, get ready for a game-changer! As noted in the description, this opens cans along their perimeter, just below the top, leaving a sort of "lid" with a rounded edge, which can be easily lifted from the top of the can, Obviously this eliminates the hassle and danger incurred when creating razor-sharp edges with a traditional can opener. It engages and cuts quickly and without finagling. Is simple in design, easy to clean and looks nice, as part of the bargain. Well worth the cost.

I've cut my fingers on can lids, once badly enough that I have a scar. I'm known for my lack of focus in the kitchen, so I was very happy to order this can opener.It doesn't work like a regular can opener, a bit puzzling but the directions were simple and clear, and in moments I had managed to open a few cans. Honestly, I'm sold on this device and I won't used another regular opener again. The design is clean, the handle is made from recycled paper and there isn't a jagged edge in sight.I've noticed that on some cans the lid needs to be firmly removed. The can opener has done it's job, but I think the paper label on the can might be catching. It's not an issue, just a gentle wiggle and all's well.

High quality product throughout, can be felt as soon as it’s held.Easy to get starting position on cans and then it glides through effortlessly. Had a similar style smooth edge can opener with magnet and whatnot that fell apart and a couple of the normal vertical cut can openers before. But this one is the best by far

I have used this style of can opener for about 5 years and love it. When the gears on my old one wore out, I decided to splurge and get one that was more metal and less plastic, thinking it would be even better. Jokes on me! I tried 3 different cans and couldn't get any of them open. I went around the can 2-3 times but it still didn't make a complete cut. I was barely able to pry the lid off enough to get at the contents, which had METAL SHAVINGS on top from the horrible cutting job. Fortunately I still had the package and was within the return window. I don't know if I just got a lemon, but I will be going back to the cheaper plastic ones to replace this hunk of junk.

Wenn man dann mal weiß wie er richtig genommen wird , geht es gut.Schnelle Handhabung, Deckel kann dann abnehmen,keine scharfen Kanten
