Producto comprado nuevo, llega con varios defectos de fábrica, uno de los pivotes de la rueda del plato no lo tenía, al colocarlo de quedaba cojo ( imposible pinchar ). Calidades plasticosas y de la calidad, botones de juguete y efecto también en uno de los botones del pitch. No sirve ni para tocadiscos. El proceso de validación de productos en Gemini es inexistente, he leído comentarios que también les ha pasado con producto nuevo.Hay productos mucho mejores por menor precio ( Audio technica 120 para tocadiscos, súper Oems ( Omnitronic o xtrem) para dj con fuerza entre los 3 y 4 kg.Ahorrarás tiempo y dinero 💰Pone un LIKE si te ha parecido útil ;)

I purchased 2 of these new, and after a month of unresolved issues, email and phone calls with Gemini Support, they said, “destroy them and we will replace them with 2new turntables.” Sent pictures documenting their destruction and received new replacements.Turntable issues resolved? NOOOO!!! The 2 replacements had the same issues, anti-skating didn’t work and wouldn’t play end of LPs or any 45s, cartridge and headshell skated across records, plus a new issue, BOTH new turntables had major Wow and Flutter issues. That means the records sped up, slowed down at beginning of play, and then would speed up and slow down again 4-5 seconds later. These replacements are unusable!!I want my money back, but Gemini Support says since they were bought through Amazon, they can’t do that, so I’m stuck once again with turntables, brand new, out of the box, that aren’t usable.DO NOT BUY GEMINI TURNTABLES!! Too bad we can’t give 0 “stars”.######################It has 3 months since my Reviews in July 2023. I heard from the Amazon vendor, Speakers Direct, shortly afterward, asking if we (my wife bought one as a surprise, and I needed two), would like a ‘Full refund’, and I replied saying, “Yes, please give a refund.”It’s 3 months later and I haven’t received a Refund, or the courtesy of a Reply from the vendor or Amazon.Again, DON’T WASTE TOUR MONEY ON THIS TURNTABLE, or buy them here. I’d give this item Zero Stars if it was possible.

Sono onesto, il prodotto e un usato di Amazon e ho pagato un prezzo ragionevole per lo stato del prodotto. Sono riuscito, per quanto possibile settarlo e metterlo in funzione. Devo dire che fa la sua figura. Fa la sua figura e basta perché anche se fosse nuovo non vi dovete aspettare tanto per quello che riguarda le finiture e la qualità dei materiali. La plastica del corpo e poco rifinita e di bassa qualità, la testina e di qualità medio bassa e monta una puntina Audio Technica, la parte del bilanciere e in plastica e il braccetto e di qualità medio bassa, la regolazione del braccetto e quasi inutile perché non funziona correttamente. Il piatto in alluminio e poco rifinito e sbilanciato e alcuni puntini laterali poco rifiniti sono ancora verniciati (lo dovuto ripassare con carta vetro molto fine) Anche se si vanta di una trazione diretta ad alta copia in partenza si sente il leggero ritardo e in pausa ⏸ a volte il disco gira leggermente indietro 😖. Il marchio Gemini doveva essere un valido concorrente che doveva combattere con marchi più famosi, però in questo caso il giradischi gemini TT-4000 posso paragonarlo a una cinesata da poco. Mi aspettavo molto di più dato il prezzo 250€ - 299€ che alcuni fornitori chiedono. A queste cifre io comprerei un giradischi di altri marchi come Audio Technica e Reloop. Quello che si vede nelle foto promozionali non centra niente con la realtà. Provate a vedere anche altre recensioni di altri paesi. Non si può parlare ne di qualità - prezzo ne di niente, sono solo un po' deluso. Ripeto, per un usato, e per il prezzo che ho pagato va bene, ma al prezzo intero non l'avrei mai preso. Per quanto riguarda il personale Amazon (servizio clienti) 5 stelle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
