Bought this to enable a Freesat 4 k recordable box being fitted , once sky contract ends, connected the existing Sky Q cables to both the wideband ports and a Freesat TV in another room to one of the 4 universal ports, worked first time, only minus point is it doesn't have 4 wideband ports to accompany the 4 universal ports, I would happily pay the difference .

Like other reviewers I was looking for something to help get Freesat when my Sky Q subscription came to an end - but wanted something I could still switch back to Q with in future if needed. Very easy to fit (albeit I have easy access to my dish as it’s on the back of our summerhouse) and have perfect signal.Not sure what earlier reviews complained about with the instructions, found them simple and easy to follow.Well recommended.

Left Sky due to increasing prices but as I had Sky Q, their LNB is not compatible with standard Freesat HD.Ordered the hybrid LNB, which gives the flexibility of going back to Sky, and within 15 minutes, the TV was picking up channels on Freesat.This LNB seems to be much better than Sky’s one as I am getting 100% signal strength and quality which I never got when using Sky’s.
