Leider entsprach das Silikonband in keinster Weise der angegebenen Farbe. Ich hatte „weinrot“ bestellt und bekam „magenta“ geliefert. Auf den Fotos ist der Unterschied gut zu erkennen. Schade. Ging zurück.

Das Band ist minimal weicher als das Original von Garmin. Der Tracker hält im Gheper Band mindestens genauso gut wie im Garmin Band (ich habe den Eindruck, dass sie hier sogar noch etwas besser gehalten werden als im Original). Habe bereits zwei Farben, sie sehen genauso aus wie auf den Artikelfotos. Werde mir definitiv noch weitere Farben bestellen!

This band fits the Viviana’s 5 perfectly. I liked it so much, I have purchased a second one ready for the next time the band needs replacing.

Es ist ein Silikonarmband für die Garmin Vivosmart 5. Ich hatte aus Versehen eine Garminuhr mit zu kurzem Armband gekauft. Umtausch oder Originalersatzarmband waren teurer als dieses Armband. Es trägt sich gut und unterscheidet sich kaum vom Original.

Got these in the mail today so it's a short term review:- The clasp is super scratchy out of the box. It was extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully all it takes is a bit of filing with a nail file to remove the plastic bits that aren't flush, but even then the original feels nicer on the skin- Connected to the above point, molding is just worse all-around. There are obvious seams on some of the silicone, the texture on top isn't as nice, and the transition from textured to flat on the side is a lot more jarring.- Color isn't amazing, looks "washed out"+ The silicone material feels nice and soft, even slightly softer than the original armband.+ The tracker body fits into the shell perfectly, it doesn't feel like it's any more likely to pop out than the original armband.+ Fit is the same+ Cheap

Although I came back here to repurchase this item, as it did break, I figured I'd write review. So yes, I purchased this replacement band in May 2024 and it did break, but it was my own fault, I wear tight nitrile gloves at work and the latch got stuck when I was pulling the gloves off forcing the bar that holds the latch to the strap to bust off. It then proceeded to fall on the floor and I couldn't find it in order to fashion it back together, otherwise, we'd still be in business! I will say this one is much better than my original Garmin vivosmart band - 10 fold! I felt the need to replace the original band because 1) it smelled to high heavens and I couldn't get the stank out no matter how hard I tried, or what I tried, 2) the part that holds the tracker got really flimsy and felt like it was going to rip apart at any moment. With a price point as good as this, I was willing to continuously replace it regularly if it got smelly like the last one - BUT IT NEVER DID! It's also incredibly durable and comes with 2 little pieces to hold the strap in vs. only 1 on the original. I remember when I first received it, it felt so sturdy in comparison to the original and it still does (now that I have to temporarily use the original until my new one comes in 🥲). I also love that it comes in a bunch of different color options, but I'm boring so I'll just continue with ordering the black. Thank you for an amazing product!

Bis auf das fehlende Garmin Logo an der Schlaufe (dafür aber mit zwei statt nur einer wie beim Original) weder optisch noch im Tragekomfort ein Unterschied feststellbar.Update vom 22.5.2024: Beim Tragen über Nacht kommt es zu starken allergischen Hautreaktionen (Blasenbildung) im Bereich der Schließe. Ich musste zum Originalarmband zurückwechseln. Damit treten die Reaktionen der Haut bei mir nicht auf.

I’ve bought a couple of 3rd party straps for my Vivosmart 5 as Garmin only have three colours to choose from (well, two actually, as you obviously get one with the watch). I wanted a red one and this one fits perfectly.
