I have mountain biked with these shoes (size 12) here in SoCal for 3.5 years, probably a few thousand miles on them. No leather as they are some sort of synthetic material. They dry quickly when wet. I was worried about how long the Velcro would hold up but it continues to be strong. If you want a good value, I recommend these shoes

Toe box narrow and fits too tight-I was hopeful these would be true to size but they weren’t. Cute shoe otherwise.
