Product arrived fast and well packaged containing the Gjinxi green Silikone sushi mat. It's so much easier to roll sushi rolls with this Silikone mat than with the traditional bamboo mat. There's no need to use any type of plastic foil and the sushi won't stick to it and the best part is that it can be so easily cleaned under a stream of water. Practical tool and easy to use! Fit for purpose!

This is absolute garbage. It is too small and not flexible enough and it has big ridges that will destroy your sushi maki rolls.

Die matte ist absolut nicht geeignet die Gestaltung der Rillen auf beiden seiten verhindert eine gute Formung der Sushi Rollen wirklich nicht zu gebrauchen
