The coat is well-made and looks same as on photos.The size is indeed smaller then it should be, as other rewiews state, size L fits good for me, although I usually take S sizes. The sleeves are just right, almost too short, while the rest of the coat is spacious and I can easily wear a puffy sweater or a hoodie under it. The length and shoulder width are also good.As for the material, it's a water-resistant tissue, not a plastic, so it can still get wet if the rain is too strong. But for rainy and windy days, when you are still getting wet under umbrella, it's just perfect.Upd.: very good protection from rain, surprisingly is also good against stronger rains.

Very stylish but only for use in cool days, not cold. Thin, lightweight material.
