I’d leave this a good review but it didn’t come with the Godox Mount Adapter like it describes, so I’m not able to use it and it has some scuff marks on the diffuser itself which tells me it might have been used.

This is more of a lantern than a soft box because even though most of the light is diffused and funneled out the front, a fair amount of light escapes through the sides and back as well. It's not quite as portable as I'd hoped because the front element is a hard plastic and doesn't fold, while the main body (while it accordions down to a thin profile) doesn't really become that flat. (Bear in mind that the flash adaptors are hard plastic, and stick out a bit as well).It does attach firmly to your flashes, though, which I appreciate, and does give you a nice, slightly different lighting pattern that the usual soft box.

Based on the images I was expecting something smaller, my bad really. This is a big diffuser. I was looking for something I could use with my m43 very compact flashes and miss on this one.This is for really big flashes, and needs to be positioned in tripods, because it will be in the middle of the image if you use it with a flash mounted in the hot shoe of the camera.Not what I was expecting but quality is good, and could be a nice attachment for a pro with many flashes to fill the area of the picture, but not for me.
