The product is great but its design makes it impossible to use. One very, very small design flaw with the clips makes it so the backdrops cannot be clipped properly into the box. Once you "clip" the backdrop into the clips, they slip out because the pieces lack a piece of rubber to create friction. They slip out and render the entire unit useless.I have tons of product jobs to do today and decided to get this in hopes of fulfilling orders. Unfortunately, I am missing out on a couple thousand dollars because of this tiny, very significant, mistake. Very, very upset.

I used this to take pictures of product for a presentation to a client. The lighting would have been adequate for my full format camera, but i need images quick and used my smart phone. Not the best of ideas, but I made it work. Photoshop helped a lot to make the images acceptable.Overall, the box does what it says it will do and hopefully I will take more time to set it up correctly for future product photo-shoots. Glad I made the purchase and would buy again!

We use this for our Ebay business. Our photo quality has improved drastically since we started using the box. We take the photos with our phone. The box was easy enough to assemble, but we didn't want to take it down when we had company so we moved it to a different room. Very lightweight, but still sturdy enough to carry (the poles are metal). The three LED system works well for us, and we like that they can be individually adjusted. Velcro openings are easy to use and the upper front one has a velcro strip it can cling to on top so it doesn't fall. Again, we're very satisfied with the photo box and we'll be back when we're ready to upgrade to the larger size. So far we've been able to use it for everything from health and beauty items to printers and game consoles.
