This is a very well engineered product.The actual lightbox/housing in an of itself is great and of superb workmanship, the real star of the show is the bowens mount. The engineering is superb.The first thing that strikes you is that it really does feel like a premium product, the mount has a reassuring weight to it and the clasp action is really nice and smooth, showing again, great engineering on the thread tolerances here. The clasp clamps down securely too, giving you confidence that nothing is going to come loose at all, over a working day. The bag helps to keep everything portable and is basic but functional, with decent quality materials used including the zippers.The only downside to this, is that I will now have to upgrade my tripod as I used an ok one but it was a little cheap, so it's not really up to the task of supporting the extra weight that this mount and box add over my old one. That said, it's more of a negative of my tripod than this product, but I thought people might like to know that this will need at a decent tripod to keep it secure.Easy 5 stars, the build and the value are spot on.

I'm currently in the process of building a dedicated studio for YouTube and have decided that if I need to buy any new equipment I should go for the best so when this was offered to me for free to test I didn't hesitate having used Godox products before.As expected the quality is excellent, the flash bracket is solid, heavy and very well made requiring a sturdy lighting stand to support it with light and soft box fitted.I'm currently waiting for my new studio lights to be delivered so the test run was conducted with a cheaper generic light that I currently use in my tiny office/studio, as you can see from the supplied image it is far too weak to justify this rig.The soft box is larger than expected and again, too large for my current space though will work well with my new loft, reflective on the inside it is supplied with a diffuser and grid, the latter isn't fitted for the photos.Last but least, a bag is supplied to carry everything, which brings me to my only con, try as I might I am unable to fold the soft box small enough to go back in it's slipcase. which renders the carry case useless.Sure this is user error but having a large collection of reflectors and drone landing mats that fold in a similar way I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong with this one.Dear Godox, if you read this, perhaps add it to the instructions?
