I bought this 12g particularly because the pic shows the weight encapsulated with a rubber casing like the OEM weights. But this one came in just like all the others, with just a shrink wrap casing.

Rattled in club so added a filler (rubber band aid) to make snug. Does trick, but requires a different wrench bcuz of the prong in middle of star screw

I have the 8 & 10 gram weight. Both fit the cavity of my Rouge Driver; the 8 gram is a better fit, had to add tape to the 10 gram for tight fit.

Stock weight from Callaway is 4 grams.I know other drivers have 25g of weight at the back but with 12+ grams it really starts to affect the club and how it was made. You really only need 6-10g max. I would highly recommend 6. It makes a big difference!

Glad I found this. Adds weight to driver head without the need for lead tape. Fits like the stock weight.
