Wish i have ready the reviews before buying. Lets just say we have one dwarf Chinese hamster which escaped and went into the other cage (same make and model) and its partner has escaped and now is missing. Holes taped up and now more holes taped up and working out how they have managed to escape. Now the hunt begins to find the missing hamster.........

Der Käfig ist viel zu klein.Hamster brauchen mindestens 20cm Einstreu um buddeln zu können und versteckmöglichkeiten!Das ist absolut nicht Artgerecht!Bitte erkundigt euch vor einem Gehegekauf über Artgerechte Haltung 🙏 die Tiere werden es euch danken 😊

We bought this for our two hamsters due to our hamster constantly chewing on the previous wire cage we had and how difficult it was to clean them. The petsmart cages have many faults and we spent a lot of money on them, despite how cute the cages are they are not a real fit. This product was very easy to put together. We love the aesthetics of this home. It also came with a few waterproof bottoms. I did buy a pack also.Our hamsters are very happy and we no longer have to listen to the squeaky wheel every night as they now have a stand alone wheel (not pictured) that makes no noise at all. We are very very happy and recommend this home.Before we had to take the hamsters out of our daughter’s room at night and now they are so quiet they can stay in her room and she loves that.

Love the cage, it looks nice and is well built. Didn't take long to put together. Hamster seems really happy. Bought the hamster kit and the extra pieces to block the holes for smaller pets like our dwarf hamster. No escaping and easy to clean.

My hamster is a siren hamster as soon as I put her in she claimed the wheel and pushed through the lid it’s really flimsy lid !

zu wackelig Aber zum einsetzen meiner Mäuse während ich den Käfig reinige reichts... aber nicht zum transportieren oder dauerhaften Einsatz

It’s a beautiful and spacious cage for mice. Unfortunately I had released two deer mice into the cage after I had caught them in a catch-and-release trap sold by Amazon. These traps work very well but I did not want to keep the mice in the small traps for long so I decided to use this larger cage as a holding tank. The two deer mice escaped within one hour after being placed in the cage. I found out that deer mice can jump 18 inches and crawl through holes as small as 1/4 inch. The holes in the cage are larger than that.
