Diese robuste Gehäusebox ist beständig gegen UV-Strahlung, Seewasser und Korrosion. Sie hält extremen Temperaturen stand, ist schlagfest, halogen- und silikonfrei. Zertifiziert nach VDE und DNV GL (TAE00000EE), bietet sie Schutzart IP 66/67/69 bei Verwendung eines Kabelstutzens. Mit rückseitiger Kabeleinführung und hochgesetzten Klemmen (bis 10 mm²) sorgt sie für komfortables Verdrahten. Das Polycarbonat-Gehäuse ist schwer entflammbar (IEC 60695-2-11) und in Grau oder Schwarz erhältlich.

I used the box and cable glands to install outdoor mains powered lighting.The box is of excellent build quality. Its design makes it easy to install with plenty of room to work on cables.The box comes complete with 5-pole connector strip, a lid retainer strap and brackets for external screw mount.I fitted one with 4 x 1.5mm 3 core SWA cable, and the supplied connectors were more than adequate to take all of the cables. The enclosure is easily completed with simple screw fixings to close the lid. The external screw mounts mean that there is no need to drill holes in the box, so it retains good water resistance.The cable glands, ordered separately, are of good quality; when compared with others bought locally, the difference is immediately apparent. They are perfectly suited to my application - cables with both 6mm and 13.5mm cross section were easily accommodated.Delivery was as scheduled, and the items were well packed.
