Bought this for my Monoprice Monolith M1060c's which I use with a Fiio BTR5 so I wanted to utilise the balanced 2.5mm output, and its a huge improvement on the original cable! The original braided cable for these headphones is notoriously microphonic, so this cable's lack of microphonics is enough for it to be worth it already. I've directly compared a number of headphones between balanced and unbalanced and this cable has had the biggest improvement of all I've tested. The sound seems substantially clearer and more separated, and also louder, as my BTR5 used to struggle a bit with powering the headphones, but with the balanced output it does it with ease. Whether these differences speak to this cable's quality or the original M1060c cable's lack of quality I'm not sure, but I'd definitely recommend for anyone with M1060c's, or any dual 2.5mm headphones for that matter. 10/10 would recommend

Bought this cable to go with my Onkyo DP-S1 and my Monolith M1060C headphones. Very pleased with the quality of the cable and the sound produced with the equipment it links. First time using a balanced cable and I’m so glad I made the upgrade. Well worth it.

I think it is a great cable. It is more stable than I thought it would be. The plastic cover is quite rigid and it seems it would not get damaged easily. I use it between FiiO BTR5 and Audioquest Nighthawk. The sound is great and it is not microphonic at all in my case. I would buy it again without hesitating.

it is too much microphonic, I am doing external casing for it to avoid external sounds as cable is hitting something, it sounds to much into headphones,, but sound quality is nice.

Marché très bien sûr mon fiio q1 m2. La différence est énorme entre le symétrique et l'asymetrique avec le Hifiman he400s. Il y a plus de puissance, grave plus précis et descend plus bas. Une scène sonore plus large et même quelques aigus en plus ce qui manquait totalement sur ce casque.Je suis très content de mon achat.Je déplore seulement le faut que le symétrique coûte aussi cher.
