Das Produkt wurde nur als Rundholz geliefert. Es waren keine Bohrlöcher, oder Vorrichtungen zur Montageangebracht. Das erforderte schon entsprechende Vorkenntnisse, sonst war eine Montage nicht möglich.

Although the product was not suitable for what I needed, the seller was extremely helpful and very understanding. They issued me a refund with no real hassle. The product is of excellent quality. It was just to short for what I needed. It is my understanding that if you order over a certain size it must be shipped in two parts. Wich unfortunately did not suit my requirements. Nobodys fault, its just an awkward uk shipping policy. Would still recommend this seller

Having ordered a 350cm rail, I expected a one piece item to arrive, as opposed to two 175cm poles. There was no connecting joint piece supplied with the kit to allow a seamless joint. The seller has not replied to my request for the availability of a joint connection.
