Paired this with a Netgear GS110MX and a Synology DS1621+ NAS (with a Silicom 10GB adapter). Works great, serious speed increase.There’s some bad advice on the HP website site that implies the adapter won’t work with Windows 10. Both the Silicom and HP cards are based on Intel X540 and the Intel driver works great on Windows 10. Download direct from Intel, not HP. 10GB networking for around $300!
