Muy buena compra. La caja venía dañada pero es lo único que hacía ver que no era nuevo

Habe den Laptop bekommen. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich bereit war 3000EUR in einen Laptop zu investieren. Meine Recherchen hatten ergeben, dass man hier richtig viel für sein Geld bekommt. Das Gerät ist schnell bei mir angekommen. Soweit das Positive.Habe das Gerät ausgepackt, alles nach Anleitung in Betrieb genommen, jedoch ging der Bildschirm nicht an. Habe Stundenlang alle Lösungsvorschläge von HP befolgt (safe mode, externer Monitor usw usw), aber nichts hat funktioniert. Habe dann versucht live Support zu bekommen der angeblich bis 21:00 da ist. Hab um 19:44 mit einem Bot geredet der mich in eine Warteschleife geparkt hat. Der live Mitarbeiter hat sich dann am nächsten Tag bei mir gemeldet als ich das Gerät für die Rücksendung bereits verpackt hatte. Ich habe das Produkt zurückgeschickt mit der Vermutung dass die Grafikkarte kaputt ist.

UPDATE (April 2025): Just want to give props to HP Germany for the way they handled the repair of my laptop under warranty. The laptop had developed a battery problem about 6 months after buying it. I couldn't fix it using the HP Diagnostics tools, so I just kept an eye on it to see if it got better or worse. Last month (March 2025) the laptop battery finally stopped working properly and so the laptop had to be sent in for repair.The HP Germany team took about 3 weeks to get the replacement parts (items were delayed) and to repair and send back to me. Every time I clicked the button to upgrade via the Microsoft store, the system would hang and I would end up beating my head against a wall trying to figure out how to do it. Even using the installed HP Assistant to download the drivers didn’t work. Eventually, I found that I could install the drivers directly from the HP website and it fixed the problem.2. The other pretty major problem is that the system was sent to me with old drivers for the 3070. When I went to play Hogwarts Legacy to test the card, a warning message appeared to say “your video card driver has a known fault/defect and must be upgraded, etc.” When I went to update the drivers via the installed GeForce Experience, it refused to update. It took me ages and ages to figure out that I could do it via HP Assistant.3. Also, the number of Windows updates that were needed was just ridiculous. It’s clear that this system had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere since the middle of 2022 just waiting to be sold.That aside, the system is a dream and at 1,499 (which includes a two-year warranty, which is not advertised), this is an absolute steal!I will say that if you buy this, also get a cooling pad capable of 4,000 rpm (there are a couple of them on Amazon), because you are going to need it. The graphics card is a power-hungry animal and, as a result, the sheer amount of heat coming off this thing is incredible. The Omen Gaming Hub can help, but you really should use a robust fan to keep the machine in good health for years to come.So, in my opinion, if you have been waiting for a system to buy for a long time, and you don’t want to spend your money on a newer and inferior graphics card, buy this system and keep it for the next 3-5 years. By the time you are ready to upgrade again, the top line graphics cards should be on sale, and you can buy an RTX 4090 (currently around $3,000) or better.

Habe das Gerät seit ca. 2 Wochen als Gaming Maschine. Der PC funktioniert, hat reichlich Platz und ist für die meisten AAA Spiele auf 1080P High / Ultra geeignet. Als 17 Zoller mit gigantischem Netzteil allerdings eher für den Küchentisch als für mobilen Einsatz ...Das grösste negative Thema ist die Lautstärke des Lüfters. Denke das lässt sich bei einer 3070 und Laptop Gehäuse nicht vermeiden aber das Gerät ist unter Last schon sehr hörbar... Habe keinen Vergleich vermute aber dass dies bei anderen Geräten nicht anders ist.Bin GeForce Now Abonnent und dachte urpsrünglich den Service mit dem PC abzubestellen. Habe mich jetzt aber doch dafür entschieden das nicht zu tun da "leises Zocken" hin und wieder doch recht angenehm ist.

Das Gerät ist recht groß, schwer und unter Last auch hörbar.Leistung angemessen und wie von den Daten zu erwarten.Eher für den stationären Einsatz.Aber bei Bedarf auch Portabel.Wenn man vor dem Kauf weis was man will und sich schlau macht was man bekommen wird ist das Gerät eine Empfehlung wert,
