This is amazing. I was trying to figure out how I was going to enclose my closet. Was almost ready to build something when I found this. Its awesome. I got a roll of velcro to put it up which was super easy. Tucked the bottom into the closet and put a piece of wood inside to hold the bottom down.looks super clean.

I am a very advanced grower and used many products in the past. If I would have known this was on the market it would have made my life easier . It's extremely heavy duty and durable. But cuts easy with scissors . It is really big. The door is more then big enough to reach into my grow are and move things around . Only minor little dots of light leaks. this isn't an issue a little dot of tape doesn't fix. Even panda plastic has micro imperfections . The one issue is putting it up. Tape does not stick too it . Fell down twice before I realized it . So to put it up , I screwed in small strips of metal around the edge into the wall. Worked great. Can't really fault the product since I would rather it non stick and durable versus flimsy and have everything stick to it .

If you’re building a poly- or panda-wrap indoor garden, but this door (unless u choose to build a wood door). This is my 4th indoor garden / grow room, and my first time wrapping in panda wrap for air containment. I will be co2 enhancing, & if my room is leaky, my co2 burner will run often, creating too much heat for the safety of the plants. I rent, rather than own, so building a permanent structure isn’t appropriate. I was reluctant to spend $50 on this product, compared to 2 cheap zippers from top to bottom (for access). The 2 zippers aren’t intended to be remotely airtight. By nature one can’t tape down the bottom of the poly zipper door. Copious “contained” air environment easily slides out the bottom of the “door” which is not sealed AT ALL. That doesn’t work for me. Co2 is a creeper - heavier than o2, unless much air movement, it lingers low. Forward to the Black Hatch (received yesterday, well ahead of date promised). The item itself came packed in carrying case made from similar material. I expected a thin plastic , disposable bag. So, unpacked it n laid it out on living room floor. It’s big. The material is heavy. The reflective Mylar on one side is rugged for Mylar (I hate Mylar cause of cleaning it, material “crinkling,” etc. why I went to Black / white poly. Anyway, it’s the dimpled kind of Mylar, and strong, so hope to avoid my earlier issues with lesser material. It will handle staples and guarilla tape well. The zipper is heavy duty at currently, at lease, runs smoothly. Big soft plastic parts, but no manufacturer indicator on the zipper tag. I like it. The door is BIG, but the reason I bought this hatch is so I can seal the bottom of the enclosure to the floor. The bottom of the hatch entryway isn’t on the bottom, but vertically in the middle, kinda. Door is elevated about 1.5’ above the floor of the room. Thus, if I have co2 lingering around the floor, it won’t all fly out of the grow room. I looked at other sources of this product on and off Amazon. Found some prices as low as $38, but when shipping added, came to same $50 with free shipping on Amazon. This product has no peer on the internet. You will not find a lower price (not in 2019 / 2020 anyway). So, if you are sealing a garden in poly wrap or orca, for air tightness / environmental containment, but this n look forward to a fast shipment. I’ll try to update this review after 1-2 cycles of the room using this product.
