Utilisée pour accrocher des planches de surf sur mon toit de voiture. Elles n'ont pas bougé d'un point sur autoroute. Sangle large et bon maintien. 1 étoile en moins pour le prix qui est abusif par contre (25€ pour sangles..)

Having been windsurfing and mountain biking for over 35 years I’ve done more than my fair share of strapping kit to the roof of my car and in that time I’ve got through a good number of straps in the process.These particular ones have a decent “mid” length to them and the webbing has some reassuring thickness to it with a fairly tight weave to the fabric, so not flimsy like some are.The buckles are well constructed and have a decent spring. One in my set slipped a little but this could be because the fabric webbing was new and stiff. The gripping teeth in the buckles could be a little more pronounced, but time will tell if they’re up to the job. You’d never just rely on the buckles alone without finishing off the loose end of the straps with some half-hitches on the strap/roof rack anyway, but they do need to stay in place nevertheless.The neoprene covers are a nice idea. Whilst they will offer some protection to gear (boards, bikes and kayaks etc) they also save the paint on the car when the straps are being put on and taken off and this can only be a good thing.Whilst these straps aren’t the cheapest, they are decent quality and should last a long time, so I’d be happy to recommend them.
