I am using this USB adapter on a Windows 11 PC for a second monitor. I downloaded and installed the drivers and it works as advertised.

I wanted to add a screen to my laptop, but the lag made the game unplayable. its more suited for low data web surfing nothing more.

I own several J5Create USB/VGA adapters. They include the JUA-210 and JUA-310, which both work with my 2-year-old Win 10 machines (Dell XPS and custom desktop). I ordered two of the JUA-311s, but they were both were unreliable, freezing, failing to initialize, scrambling the screen, and failing to function after coming out of sleep with both Win 10 boxes. I returned them for a refund, which took 40 days and numerous calls to Amazon to get a refund. Despite the assurances by Amazon that J5Create would contact me within 2 business days on several occasions, they never contacted me. I reordered 2 JUA-310 units and they are working flawlessly.
