Headset lässt sich leicht verbinden und hat eine gute Reichweite.

Kopfhörer sind im uralten und lauten LKW für Musik und auch zum telefonieren gut. Schirmen die Ohren von der Außenlautstärke recht gut ab. Die Polster könnten ein wenig größer sein, bzw. sollten bei dem Preis 2 bis 3 unterschiedliche Größen beiliegen. Das Zeug kostet in der Produktion doch nix.Das Mikrofon ist in lauten LKWs ausreichend, bei Lautstärke normal lauter Fahrzeuge befriedigend.Das teurere Modell musste im Falle meines Mannes also nicht sein.

Grundsätzlich machte das Headset einen wertigen Eindruck. Nach Ladung war aber keine Verbindung auf Bluetooth möglich.Des weiteren fehlte das Ladekabel.Daher die schlechte Bewertung. Enttäuschung groß!!!!

Lärm ist jetzt kein Problem. Hören und sprechen ohne Nebengeräusche. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

スマホとPCに繋いで使っています。動作保証はありませんが、PCはJabraのヘッドセット付属のBluetoothドングル経由で接続してます。PC本体のBluetoothと接続すると、接続に問題が起きて聞こえない、相手に声が届かないと言った事がおきてましたが、ドングル経由にするとこの問題は起きていません。この問題は、本製品ではなくWindows特有の持病のようです。本体はとてもしっかりした作りです。片耳なので、相手からの音については必要十分といったところです。音量・音質共に満足です。特筆すべきはマイク性能です。騒がしい場所で使っても、こちらの声が相手に確実に届いてます。当方の頭が大きい為か、側圧が強いのが難点です。2時間以上の装着は厳しいです。使う時だけ装着するという運用でなんとかしています。帽子を被った上から装着を考えている方は私と同じ状況になる可能性がありますので、ご注意ください。側圧の課題はありますが、概ね満足しています。

Ich habe mir das Headset gekauft, da ich jeden Tag zirka 2 Stunden mit dem Auto pendel und die Tonqualität beim Telefonieren über die Auto-Soundanlage schlecht war. Dieses Headset ist sehr bequem und die Bluetooth-Verbindung mit dem Smartphone (iPhone) klappt problemlos und auch im Dauergebrauch ohne Ausetzer. Ich bin nach Auskunft der Telefonpartner sehr gut zu verstehen und ich verstehe den Gegenüber auch gut. Ich empfinde es als angenehm, dass das Headset nur ein Ohr bedeckt, so bekommt man genug vom Verkehr mit.Leider funktioniert meine Variante nur unzuverlässig mit Mac/PC (dafür bewirbt der Hersteller eine andere Version). Für mich ist es jedoch nicht nachvollziehbar warum die Verbindung zum Smartphone problemlos klappt und es mit einem modernen PC zu Verbindungsabbrüchen und dergleichen kommt. Da das Headset aber dafür explizit nicht beworben wird wusste ich es vorher.

I'm using B450-XT II with latest firmware version 1.05. My phone is Android Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F). Despite the orignal BlueParrott application (can be found on Google Play) show quite descent microphone level (up to 55 % of the green bar in Sound Check menu of the app) when testing using their application, the actual conversation sound quality is really poor. For testing I've used voice recording application so can check the conversation with my own ears and there no need to trust or relay on the other conversation side complains. If we rate the Samsung Galaxy S9 voice quality with 5 stars (really very good), then for this headset the quality is maximum 2-3 in average. The thing is that I must bring the B450-XT II microphone as much as possible to my mount, in 2 cm distance, even my breath can be hear in the conversations, but my voice is still not something I can rate maximum acceptible only, sometimes good. The breath from my nose can be hear better that my voice sometimes. Another problem is that the voice quality is unstable. For some conversations it's something like 2 even 3 stars during whole conversation, for others conversations - only 1 star for whole conversation. For these with 1 star my voice is very little, while other side recorded very well. Sometimes my voice signal for some reason is very low through whole conversation. Looks like there is a firmware/software decision before conversation what mic level headset should output before I take a call. I'm using this headset very intensively, somewhere 4 hours per day for near 2 months. Once I've started to use this headset all my conversations are with breathing sound. Because if I put microphone little away from my mount - the other side can't hear me even for 2-3 stars. I've realized that acceptable usage is when microphone distance from my lips to microphone is 2 centimeters. Or from the lips to microphone geometric center - 3 cm. There can be something with my headset particular. If you have this model could you check the next thing, please...? When I'm testing BlueParrott app -> Sound Check function I've realized that the sound quality is good with my unit once I the microphone signal level reach 65-75 % of the green level metering bar. But to reach so high I should cry to microphone. In normal conversation I never reaching more than 55 %. The signal level goes to 85, maybe 90 % only if I put the microphone literally to mount and cry at maximum. It seems that for acceptable/good sound quality the signal level showing on BlueParrott app must be starting from 55 %. If the signal level goes to 45-50% the sound quality dramatically goes down. While in my case 55 % of signal level is the maximum I'm receiving in 2 cm from my lips/mouth. Could be microphone issue or design? Or both? I don't know yet. Do not have a time to fight level 1/ level 2 lines of support to reach engineers for discussion. But there are serious questions here. I don't have any voice quality issues with others blue tooth headsets.Another issue is that you can bring the call with the headset button without problem. But if you take a call on your smartphone touch screen then there are no connection with the headset - the caller will not hear you as well you can't hear the party. Workaround is to tap the blue tooth icon twice in the screen (it's on the right side) and the voice channel reconnects then. Or take a calls only with headset button but not using phone screen. Drop your findings using signal level here, please. Thank you

Hatte hier zunächst ein BT Headset der 30€ Klasse gekauft. Das ging überhaupt nicht, wurde zurückgesandt und ich habe parallel zur Rekla diese Headset gekauft.Die Lieferung war wie angekündigt. Die Einrichtung per Bluetooth am PC MicroSIP Sip-Telefon war einfach. Funktioniert seit einigen Wochen hervorragend. Leider kann diese Software nicht mit den Tasten am Headset arbeiten, aber das macht nix. Wenn ich unterwegs bin, dann stelle ich die Gespräche ans Handy um und da geht das alles. Am PC gehts per Maus.In MS-Teams am PC funktionieren die Tasten dann wieder.Das Headset ist zwar teurer als die erste Wahl, aber es funktioniert super.
