I got the one with the arm holes.) and tourmaline. Bought it for my spouse actually, just just tested it out…Bit disappointed that the remote BUTTONS got so hot. That was worrying. Also, it is SO heavy. Could have 1/2 the crystals than it has and still offer benefit. It was so heavy my husband had to pick it up for me & put it into the lounger-chair I was gonna use, so that kind of ruined the surprise.Don’t like that the bottom is a mesh; was scratchy/uncomfortable to sit on in shorts, so had to lay a yoga towel over it before getting in.Took a while to really heat up…but once it did, it was game on. I could only handle a level 6. 7 was max I could handle.I found its heat layout to be a bit uneven. Felt almost no warmth below my elbows, and didn’t feel almost any effect internally after 20minutes, unless I put a blanket (pictured) over my neck/shoulders and pulled the blanket all the way to my chin (flipped over). Once I did that, I was finally seating for the last 15min. (Then I chose to stay in, for about 15min longer, for it to cool down naturally. So, yea, definitely works. You WILL sweat if you put something over your shoulders/head. (I did like that unlike a steam sauna, my head/scalp wasn’t sweating so much that I had to wash my hair as well.) I’m a fan. Plan to do it every day.Expected this to produce the same level of intensity that a sauna does. Only achieved that level of internal warmth if I stayed in over 35min mark.(Will try next using my iWatch with it to measure what my heart rate does, and what calories it says I burn if I start a “workout” session.)One Improvement to suggest: should have door-hanging hooks on top, to be able to “air it out” after by handing it over a door — inside out. Strange to me to think it’s meant to sweat in, but there’s no way to conveniently and discretely air it out each day. (I don’t want it draped over the back of our couch all the time.)

This is not my first Sauna Blanket and I probably comment on what has already been said. It takes about a good 15-20 mins to heat up. I like the arm slants but the zippers on the outside lol so don’t make sense. The remote control don’t have the temperature range listed and it’s out of site the cord should be longer to have within arms reach. As for as value for your money because of the mineral stones I think between $400-$450. If it would have came with head pillow or other accessories then the cost would have been okay.

You don't sweat as much as you expected, the heat isn't that much. No es lo que esperaba no se suda mucho
