It's ok but not the best considering you need Wi-Fi to be able to use this it's not very good I sent mine back and got a refund because it's really not good also you can get an app from Google called old language translator it is only £10 for the lifetime and it's much better in my opinion you can use the app for free but lots of adverts but it's certainly keep it in this you will still need Wi-Fi for the app but it's much better and easier to use this is just my personal opinion you don't have to listen.

This translator pen from JOJOCY really doesn't hit the mark.In a world where pretty much every phone has language translation capabilities, the idea of buying a stand-alone device to do a similar job may seem a little un-necessary, unless of course the standalone device can offer more functionality and a better overall experience that a phone app. Unfortunately however, the JOJOCY device cannot. The device runs a custom Android OS, and once booted you can navigate over to the settings options using the touchscreen. In the settings area I was able to confirm that the system language was set to English, but for some reason I wasn't able to change the time or the date....Using the online features of the pen, requires a connection to a WiFi network, and presumably it's here where there the current time and date are fetched and stored (?). There are however some offline features that do not require data and these are a bit hot and miss. Firstly the offline scanning option allows you to scan a line of text using the pen and it will translate it to another language. This generally worked pretty well, but the pen will insist in reading both line out loud after the scan has been completed. If the volume is too loud or too quiet, then it's back off to the settings options to get that changed - there are no physical volume buttons on the device or means to change it whilst in a different area of the software. The scanning feature does work ok, but nothing here outperforms a phone app. The touch screen on my device was also pretty poor and it took 5 or so attempts to register a language change. Two of the other apps on the device displayed an unknown warning in Chinese, despite the system language being set to English. I have no idea what they said which is a little ironic given this is a language translation device. At this stage I gave up and put it back in the box.Even if all features had worked as they should have, I'm still left puzzled as to what purpose this device serves. Sure it can save text to an SD card, but scanning one line at a time and battling with the poor touchscreen leave me question if anyone would actually use these features and enjoy doing so....?For me it's a firm no.
