Received one of these yesterday. (have used this kind of sensor before so know exactly how to connect)Wired up and found totally defective (constant output on black wire, this is wrong for a start as it is a normally open device. and no change on proximity to metal.Reordered and second one is exactly the same. Would avoid the wasted time and look elsewhere

bought this hall proximity sensor for a project but when testing it i sent a faulty one. Unable to return it. Disappointing.
