This pump has worked flawlessly after several wet rides.I've struggled with Presta valves my entire life and I found out it's due to the poor quality adapters I've been using. The hose gives you a flexible attachment while you pump. I've aired up my motorcycle tire (120/70ZR17) and had no issues with the pump. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. The pressure gauge is very difficult to read while you're pumping nor does it seem to be accurate. This seems to be a very common problem among these small portable pumps.I haven't used the mounting bracket as designed as I ride several bikes and I would rather not transfer or purchase multiple pumps as my hydration bladder goes with me on every ride.

Great small and compact bike pump. Can be clipped on to the bike and it does not get in the way. Easy to use. This is manual of course but looks like it will last a long time.

I don't know if I got a defective unit or if there's some larger problem, but the pump I got will not inflate anything. I read through the instructions, got it attached to the tire, but could not make the pump push air at all. The listing says it'll function up to 300 PSI, but it completely failed to do anything on a 24" road tire at 50PSI. When I removed it from the tire, it also didn't create pressure at all just putting my thumb over the end of the valve. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the pump I got looks fantastic, feels like it would last well, is a great size, but does not inflate things. I'm very disappointed. I will say that the gauge on this pump and the gauge on the full-size bike pump I ended up using instead did agree on the pressure in the tire, so that's a mark in this pump's favor.

This pump appears to be well made. With its machined aluminium body it has a very smooth pumping action. It's longer than a typical mini pump. The connector fits both Schrader and Presta valves (for the latter you have to unscrew the end piece and extend it). The connector screws onto the valve. I found that this gave a good secure connection but it's a bit more fiddly to attach and remove than a pump with a lever to lock it in place.Pumping up a tyre from flat with this takes quite a while. It's faster than smaller mini pumps but I found it more tiring than with my Topeak Mini Morph pump, which works as a mini floor pump thanks to the fold-out foot plate. If you over inflate the tyre there is a button on the end of the pump that allows you to release some air. This is useful and much easier than having to disconnect the pump. The gauge is unfortunately not much use. It's very small so the precision is not great to start with but it doesn't seem to be very accurate either. At about 40psi it was reading closer to 10. This is not unique to this pump; I am yet to find a small pump that has a worthwhile gauge. The pump comes with an offset mounting bracket. This means that you can attach it to bottle cage mounts and still mount a bottle cage on top, which is ideal. With the integrated velcro strap it holds the pump securely and the plastic mount is much more robust than a similar Topeak one I had to buy separately for my Mini Morph. This is a good solid pump that works fine but there are alternatives in the same price range that might be worth considering.
