Maybe I missed something, but when I tried to use this to cut my pasta dough into spaghetti the dough just stuck in the grooves and stayed there. It would have been a pain to clean if I hadn’t just chucked it in the trash.

I love making my own pasta but unfortunately my cutting skills are terrible. So I hoped this would make it easier on me. I laughed after I used all my strength to cut into the dough with this roller and the dough was still in one solid piece. Do not buy if you actually need help cutting pasta.

I like the idea but sadly it doesn't work. Tried different thickness, different degrees of moisture, more flour, less flour, and this simply didn't work. Dough stuck between in the crevices and did not cut all the way through no matter how much pressure used. Perhaps the wider cuts might do better but spaghetti cut is a no for me.
