I installed it and when you want to go to the right, you just have to turn it that way and badda-bing, it goes to the right! It's flippin' amazing. It's opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me, a real life changer I'm telling Ya! Next week I'm going to see what happens when I turn it the other way, who knows, maybe it'll like, turn to the left or some such wacky thing.
