I have never used a product that was so bad at doing what it was supposed to do. Fell to bits in first 5 minutes. Bolts fell off, case bent, inner reel fell out, ball bearings came off. Just terrible.

Really happy with it- don’t spend lots of money on a kite reel ( I was looking at £100+ !!)Get something like this first and if you feel you want more (like a shoulder strap or disc brakes) then that could come later.
