I’ve only used a few times since I received them but so far so good. They seem to be nice and sturdy. I don’t have any problem with them moving around (I use them on my yoga mat) and my feet don’t slip or slide at all. They do a nice job of targeting muscles. This was a nice addition to my at home gym equipment.

These are really good. They're wide enough that I'm not worried about slipping off the sides. And they're grippy enough that I don't slip down even when I put my whole foot on it. The angle is exactly what I needed to compensate for not being able to keep my heel on the floor during a squat. They can move if I bump them but once I'm on them, they don't slip around on the floor.
