The design is good, the quality after it's first use seems excellent.I would suggest though that anyone buys the heavy version only for very long distance, probably boils at range as it is very heavy in terms of strength. For short or mid range work, definitely step down to the medium or light. It's a very good product though.

My son-in-law wanted this Katapult, as he believes it is the best on the market for carp fishing.When he received it for Christmas he was very pleased.

Whilst us fishermen usually buy a cheaper katapult mine just ended up snapping .This however seems much sturdier and if it does snap you can just buy the replacement parts
