Not sturdy enough to be called a dough scraper, more suited to an icing spreader. comfortable to hold however.

There is room for improvement the scraper needs to be bit more firmer and also options of more sizes it's ok when you are scooping and scraping softer creams and mixes work well with those for dough its need maybe a laminated plate inside and this just my veiw and opinion other buyers may find it ok for their needs
