Une louche de taille moyenne idéale pour sauces ou pour se servir dans des plats. La matière est d'excellente qualité, le revêtement ne bouge pas et se nettoie quasi sans frotter. Idéal.

Very useful as it's capacity is smaller than many ladles but it still has a long handle.

This is a small dual-lipped ladle. It is a good size for transferring small volumes of liquid. The shape of the bowl and the curvature of the handle make it easy to use.After two years it is still in good condition. It has not discoloured from ladling spiced liquids or bubbled from proximity to gas flames.
